Dongchang
Dongchang ( 东昌区 , Dōngchāng Qū ) is a Chinese municipality in the prefecture -level city of Tonghua in the south of Jilin Province . The municipality has an area of 383 square kilometers and has 313,919 inhabitants.

At the community level, the municipality is made up of seven street districts , one large municipality and two municipalities .
