Liuhe

Liuhe ( Chinese  柳河 县 , Pinyin Liǔhé Xiàn ) is a Chinese district in the prefecture of Tonghua in Jilin Province . In 1999 it had 371,634 inhabitants.

The site of Luotongshan City ( Luotongshan cheng罗 通 山城) from the Goguryeo empire has been on the list of monuments of the People's Republic of China (5-30) since 2001 .
