Huinan

Huinan ( Chinese  辉南 县 , Pinyin Huīnán Xiàn ) is a Chinese district in the prefecture-level city of Tonghua in the south of Jilin Province . It has an area of ​​2,277 square kilometers and has a population of around 350,000.
