The Huifa He ( Chinese  辉 发 河 ) is a tributary of the upper reaches of the Songhua Jiang ( Sungari ) in the southeast of the Chinese province of Jilin .

It rises in Longgang Shan ( 龙岗山 ) in the district of Liuhe and ends in Huadian in the Songhua River . It has a length of 281 km and a catchment area of ​​149,000 square kilometers. The Hailong Dam ( Hailong shuiku ) lies on its upper reaches .
