The Universidad Internacional Menéndez Pelayo (dt. International University Menéndez Pelayo ) is a public university in Spain with locations in Barcelona , Valencia , Seville , Santa Cruz de Tenerife , A Coruña , Cuenca , La Línea de la Concepción , Santander and Cartagena . The university was founded in 1932 as the Universidad Internacional de Verano de Santander and has "traded" since 1949 as the Universidad Internacional Menéndez Pelayo.
