Universumhuset
Universumhuset is a building on the campus of Umeå University , Sweden , with the auditorium Aula Nordica , the offices of the student associations, a canteen, a cafeteria and work rooms for school groups. The building is owned by the state company Akademiska Hus .
The first phase of construction was completed in 1970. The extension of the auditorium was designed by the architects Arkinova Arkitekter and built between 1996–1997. In September 2006 the building was reopened after an extensive renovation.
