The Upper City Mills are a former watermill in the Scottish city ​​of Perth in the Council Area Perth and Kinross . In 1965 the building was included in the Scottish monument lists in the highest monument category A. Furthermore, it is part of a more comprehensive monument ensemble, which also includes the Lower City Mills . In the 1970s, the former mill was converted into a hotel.

The former mill is on West Mill Street, west of Perth's historic city center. It was built in two sections during the 18th century. The mill building and the western section were built in the middle, while the buildings on the south and east sides were built towards the end of the century. The system has a U-shaped floor plan. The masonry of the three-story building is made of quarry stone . The lattice windows are designed in nine or twelve parts. The final gable or hip roofs are covered with gray slate. It occurred hipped dormers out. Two wooden, undershot water wheels once drove the mechanism.
