The Urbanek Icefall is a 1 km long glacial break on King George Island in the archipelago of the South Shetland Islands . On the north bank of the Ezcurra Fjord, it lies between the Polar Committee Icefall in the northeast and the Ladies Icefall in the southwest.
The UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee named it in 2016. It is named after the Polish paleontologist Adam Urbanek (1928–2014), former president of the polar scientific committee of the Academy of Sciences in Warsaw .
