Urs Eigenmann

Urs Eigenmann (* 1946 in Bern ) is a Swiss theologian and philosopher of Roman Catholic denomination.

Live and act

Eigenmann studied philosophy and theology in Lucerne and Münster . He was ordained a priest in 1973 and received his doctorate in 1984 with a dissertation on Hélder Câmara . Eigenmann has published numerous theological works. From 1986 to 1991 he was the spokesman for the program Wort zum Sonntag on Swiss television .
