The Ustersbach Adolf Schmid KG brewery is a brewery in the municipality of Ustersbach in Bavaria . Around 180,000 hl of beer are produced annually.

The brewery has been privately owned since 1605.
The brewery today
The Ustersbach brewery employs 100 people in its company with its own fleet of vehicles. In 2014, the company was awarded the “Prize of the Best in Gold” from the DLG for the 21st time in a row and, since 2013, has been awarded the Federal Ministry of Food and Agriculture's award several times . The Ustersbacher Brewery has been certified according to the International Food Standard (IFS, also International Featured Standard Food) since 2014 , which is currently the highest certification in the food sector. The brewery has its own 140 meter deep well from which the brewing water is obtained.

Ustersbacher beer is primarily available in southern Germany, as well as in Italy and France .

The Ustersbacher Brewery produces the following beers: Ustersbacher Land-Zwickel, Ustersbacher Edel-Export, Ustersbacher Urhell, Ustersbacher Altbayerisch Dunkel, Ustersbacher Bayerisch Hefeweizen, Ustersbacher Dunkle Weisse, Ustersbacher Leichte Weisse, Ustersbacher Privat-Pils, Ustersbacher Alcohol-Free Beer, with Hefeweizen 400 beer Ustersbacher Festbier and Ustator, a dark wheat doppelbock for the winter season.
In addition to beer, soft drinks and mineral water are also bottled from their own well.
Bräustüble
The Bräustüble belongs to the brewery. The building in which the brewery's administration is also located is more than 280 years old and has received an award for its stylish renovation. In 2014 the Bräustüble was extensively rebuilt and combines tradition and contemporary design in an appealing way.
