Usu is an Indonesian island in the Timor Archipelago ( Lesser Sunda Islands ). It belongs to the district ( Kecamatan ) Landu Leko , Kabupaten (administrative district) Rote Ndao in the province of East Nusa Tenggara .

Usu is just off the northeast coast of Roti Island , separated by the Strait of Usu . The main town is called Usulain on the east coast. Other places are Sulain in the north and Airani in the south. Usu has an area of ​​1940 ha.
