Uta Schotten
Uta Schotten (* 1972 in Haarlem , Netherlands ) is a German artist. She lives as a freelance artist in Cologne.
Life
Schotten studied fine arts at the Städelschule Frankfurt / Main (class Jörg Immendorff ), the HdK Braunschweig (class Stephen McKenna) and the Düsseldorf Art Academy (class Siegfried Anzinger ). In 1998 she was appointed Siegfried Anzinger's first female master class student by the rector of the Düsseldorf Art Academy, Markus Lüpertz . In 1999 Uta Schotten finished her studies in fine arts with an academy letter from the Düsseldorf Art Academy.
Schotten's works are represented in public and private collections. In 2004/2005 Schotten worked as a sculptor for Tony Cragg .
