Uwe Becker (satirist)

Uwe Becker (* 1954 in Wuppertal ) is a German satirist .

Becker is a permanent contributor to the satirical magazine Titanic , where he publishes photo jokes every month. He also worked to its setting in 2016 regularly for the satirical heading spam by Spiegel Online and is the publisher and editor of the humorous Wuppertal city magazine ITaly . In 2004 he published the anthology buried my heart in Wuppertal , which contains 25 Beckers from iTALien together with the initials of various Titanic authors.

In 2005 he ran for The Party in the election to the 16th German Bundestag for the constituency 103 Wuppertal. In the same year he had in the state election in North Rhine-Westphalia for the party already in parliament constituency Wuppertal III - Solingen II candidate

Uwe Becker lives and works in Wuppertal.
