The state constituency of Wuppertal III - Solingen II (organizational number 33) is one of currently 128 constituencies in North Rhine-Westphalia , each of which sends a member directly elected by a simple majority to the state parliament .

For the 2010 state elections, constituency 31 Wuppertal III - Solingen II included the Wuppertal districts of Elberfeld-West , Vohwinkel , Cronenberg and, from the district of Elberfeld, the local electoral districts of Grifflenberg and Friedrichsberg and of Solingen the district of Gräfrath . The Wuppertal Südstadt belongs to the municipal electoral district of Friedrichsberg.
