The state constituency Hagen II - Ennepe-Ruhr-Kreis III is a state constituency in North Rhine-Westphalia . It includes the districts of Eilpe / Dahl and Haspe in Hagen and the towns of Breckerfeld , Ennepetal and Gevelsberg in the Ennepe-Ruhr district .
The constituency was rebuilt for the 2005 state election as part of the constituency reduction. For this, one electoral district in Hagen and one in the Ennepe-Ruhr district were merged. The communities in the Ennepe-Ruhr-Kreis were previously part of the Ennepe-Ruhr-Kreis I state electoral district . The electoral district of Ennepe-Ruhr-Kreis III , which was dissolved for this , previously coincided with the city of Witten (today Ennepe-Ruhr-Kreis II )
