The state constituency of Gütersloh II (constituency 95) is a constituency for the state elections in North Rhine-Westphalia . It includes the cities of Gütersloh and Harsewinkel as well as the municipality of Herzebrock-Clarholz , although Harsewinkel has only been part of it since 2005 (previously Gütersloh III ).

In addition to the elected constituency member Raphael Tigges (CDU), who was able to win back the direct mandate from the SPD after five years, no further applicant was initially elected from the constituency. However, the Green candidate Wibke Brems moved up on July 15, 2017 on her party's state list for the former Deputy Prime Minister Sylvia Löhrmann , who had resigned from her mandate.

The directly elected member of parliament in the 2012 state elections is Hans Feuss from the SPD. Ursula Doppmeier from the CDU and Wibke Brems from the Greens were defeated in the direct election, but both entered the state parliament via the state lists of their parties.
