The state constituency of Duisburg II (constituency 61) is a state electoral district in North Rhine-Westphalia . With the Rheinhausen district and the Alt-Homberg , Baerl and Hochheide districts, it encompasses the entire left Rhenish area of ​​the city of Duisburg . Under the name Duisburg III , the constituency also comprised the Ruhrort district from 1980 to 2000 and thus the entire Homberg / Ruhrort / Baerl district .
