The Steinfurt II state electoral district is a state electoral district in North Rhine-Westphalia . It includes the communities of Emsdetten , Hörstel , Ladbergen , Rheine and Saerbeck in the Steinfurt district .
The constituency has had this division since 2000. Compared to previous elections, the Greven constituency lost , but added Hörstel.

Apart from the directly elected CDU candidate Andrea Stullich, who succeeded the previous constituency member Karl-Josef Laumann for the first time, no further applicants entered the state parliament. The FDP candidate Alexander Brockmeier, whose 29th place on the list was initially not enough to win a mandate, moved up to the state parliament on June 30, 2017 for his party friend Dirk Wedel who was appointed state secretary .
