The Landtag constituency of Herford II - Minden-Lübbecke IV comprises the communities of Bünde , Kirchlengern , Löhne , Rödinghausen and Spenge in the Herford district as well as the districts of Dehme, Eidinghausen, Volmerdingsen, Werste and Wulferdingsen in the city of Bad Oeynhausen in the Minden-Lübbecke district . Until the state elections in 2012, the constituency was called Herford II and the Bad Oeynhausern districts were still part of the Minden-Lübbecke III state electoral district.
