The state constituency Coesfeld I - Borken III is a state electoral district in North Rhine-Westphalia . It includes the communities Billerbeck , Coesfeld , Havixbeck and Rosendahl in the Coesfeld district and the communities Gescher , Heiden , Raesfeld , Reken , Südlohn and Velen in the Borken district .
The constituency was rebuilt for the state elections in 2000 . It emerged roughly from the previous constituency of Borken II . Until then, Billerbeck, Havixbeck and Rosendahl formed a constituency with communities in the Steinfurt district .

In addition to the electoral district winner Wilhelm Korth, who had taken over the safe CDU constituency from his party friend Bernhard Schemmer, the FDP candidate Henning Höne, who has been a member of the state parliament since 2012, was elected at number ten on his party's state list.
