The state constituency Ennepe-Ruhr-Kreis II is a state constituency in North Rhine-Westphalia . Since the state elections in 2005 it has included the communities of Witten and Herdecke in the Ennepe-Ruhr district .
Before the 2005 parliamentary elections the constituency still included the municipalities Hattingen , Herdecke, Sprockhövel and weather , apart from Herdecke these communities now belong to the constituency Ennepe-Ruhr-Kreis I . The city of Witten has so far formed its own constituency .
