The state constituency of Wuppertal II (organizational number 32) is one of currently 128 constituencies in North Rhine-Westphalia , each of which sends a member directly elected by a simple majority to the state parliament .
In the 2010 state elections, constituency 32 Wuppertal II included the Wuppertal district of Uellendahl-Katernberg , of the district of Elberfeld the residential district of Elberfeld-Mitte , the local districts of Hombüchel and Höchsten (the Nordstadt district ), the Ostersbaum district and the Barmen district without the Sedansberg district .
Compared to the state elections in 2005, the constituency gained the Hatzfeld district .
