The state constituency Paderborn I is a state constituency in North Rhine-Westphalia . It includes the communities of Altenbeken , Bad Lippspringe , Bad Wünnenberg , Borchen , Büren , Delbrück , Hövelhof , Lichtenau and Salzkotten , i.e. the entire Paderborn district except for the district town of Paderborn , which forms the Paderborn II state electoral district.
