The Landtag constituency Unna I is a Landtag constituency in North Rhine-Westphalia . It includes the communities Fröndenberg , Holzwickede , Schwerte and Unna in the Unna district . The area has not been changed since 1980, only in 2000 part of Unna was transferred to another constituency.

In addition to the constituency member Hartmut Ganzke (SPD), who has held the constituency since 2012, the FDP direct candidate Susanne Schneider was ranked 14th in the Free Democrats in the state parliament. The previous MPs Herbert Goldmann, whose place on the list was no longer sufficient to move back in due to the Greens' losses, and Hanns-Jørg Rohwedder, who failed with the pirates at the 5% hurdle , left the parliament.
