The state electoral district of Viersen II is a state electoral district in North Rhine-Westphalia . Its area of the municipalities of Brüggen , Grefrath , Kempen , Nettetal , Niederkrüchten and Tönisvorst in the Viersen district has not been changed since 1980 , Tönisvorst only gave up a part in the state elections in 2000 .
