The state constituency of Minden-Lübbecke I is a state constituency in the district of Minden-Lübbecke in North Rhine-Westphalia . It includes the communities Espelkamp , Hille , Hüllhorst , Lübbecke , Petershagen , Preußisch Oldendorf , Rahden and Stemwede , although Hille and Petershagen have only been part of the constituency since 2005.

In the state election in 2017 directly elected members is Bianca Winkelmann of the CDU. It prevailed with 43.51 percent against the previous incumbent Ernst-Wilhelm Rahe from the SPD, who scored 36.66 percent.

114,317 people were eligible to vote. Of these, 70,756 people cast their vote, which corresponds to a turnout of 61.89%. The electoral district delegate is the CDU city association and parliamentary group chairman in the city of Rahden Bianca Winkelmann. She was elected to the state parliament for the first time. Her predecessor Ernst-Wilhelm Rahe was not enough to return to parliament in 18th place on the SPD state list, but he was allowed to move up in May 2019 after the death of MP Guido van den Berg . The FDP candidate Daniela Beihl also missed entry into the state parliament with 31st place on the state list of her party. she moved up on June 27, 2019 for her party friend Moritz Körner , who was elected to the European Parliament.
