The state constituency of Lippe III (99) is a state constituency in the district of Lippe in North Rhine-Westphalia . It includes the communities of Augustdorf , Detmold , Horn-Bad Meinberg , Schieder-Schwalenberg and Schlangen .
When it was rebuilt for the 1980 state election, the constituency comprised the communities of Augustdorf , Detmold , Horn-Bad Meinberg , Lügde , Schieder-Schwalenberg and Schlangen , which together with the Höxter district still form the Höxter-Lippe II federal constituency today. 2000, the constituency lost Luegde to lip II , but the community came Steinheim added in Höxter, whereby the constituency in lip III - Hoexter I was renamed. In 2005 Steinheim was reassigned to the Höxter state electoral district .

Manfred Luckey, since 2000 MdL in Düsseldorf via the CDU state list, has taken over the constituency from Manfred Böcker of the SPD, who has regularly won the constituency since 1980. The latter does not move back into the state parliament.
