The state constituency Ennepe-Ruhr-Kreis I is a state constituency in North Rhine-Westphalia . Since the state elections in 2005, it has included the communities of Hattingen , Schwelm , Sprockhövel and Wetter in the Ennepe-Ruhr district .
Before the state elections in 2005, the constituency comprised the communities of Breckerfeld , Ennepetal , Gevelsberg and Schwelm, these (except Schwelm) now belong to the constituency of Hagen II - Ennepe-Ruhr-Kreis III .
