The state electoral district of Cologne VII is a state electoral district in Cologne in North Rhine-Westphalia . Since 1980 it has been congruent with the district of Mülheim . The exception was the state elections in 2000, where the constituency included the Kalk district. Cologne VII and the now dissolved state parliament constituency Cologne VIII exchanged their territory. The Kalk area is now divided between the constituencies of Cologne V and Cologne VI .
