The state constituency Duisburg IV - Wesel V is a state electoral district in North Rhine-Westphalia . It includes the urban districts of Hamborn and Walsum in the north of Duisburg . The state constituency of Duisburg V was located in this area from 1980 to 1995 . Since 2017, the constituency of the Rheinberg community in the Wesel district has also included the Budberg and Orsoy districts .
