Frank Borner
Frank Börner (born January 23, 1966 in Duisburg ) is a commercial clerk and directly elected member of the constituency Duisburg IV - Wesel V in the state parliament of North Rhine-Westphalia ( SPD ).

Frank Börner graduated from high school in 1985 and then studied economics, business administration and psychology at the University of Duisburg from 1986 to 1991. 1991 Graduated as a graduate economist He then switched to business.
