The state electoral district 45 Rhein-Kreis Neuss II is a state electoral district in North Rhine-Westphalia . It includes the communities of Dormagen , Grevenbroich and Rommerskirchen in the Rhine district of Neuss .

With the state elections in 2005, the constituency was redesigned. Previously, the constituency Neuss II included the city of Dormagen and the south of the city of Neuss . Grevenbroich and Rommerskirchen belonged to the constituency Neuss III .

The constituency is represented for the first time by the directly elected MP Heike Troles (CDU), who was able to win back the direct mandate from the SPD after five years. The previous constituency member Rainer Thiel (CDU) and the Greens candidate Hans-Christian Markert left the state parliament because their place on the respective state list of their party did not move. The pirate Joachim Paul lost his mandate because his party failed at the 5% hurdle .
