The state electoral district of Kleve I is a state electoral district in the North Rhine-Westphalian district of Kleve . It includes the communities of Geldern , Issum , Kalkar , Kerken , Kevelaer , Rheurdt , Straelen , Uedem , Wachtendonk and Weeze .
