The Steinfurt III state electoral district is a state electoral district in North Rhine-Westphalia . Its area of the municipalities of Hopsten , Ibbenbüren , Lengerich , Lienen , Lotte , Mettingen , Recke , Tecklenburg and Westerkappeln in the Steinfurt district corresponds to that of the Tecklenburger Land and the old Tecklenburg district , except for Ladbergen and (since 2000) Hörstel .
