The state electoral district Wesel II is a state electoral district in North Rhine-Westphalia . It currently includes the communities of Alpen , Kamp-Lintfort , Rheinberg , Sonsbeck , Xanten and the Vluyn district of the Neukirchen-Vluyn community from the Wesel district . From 1980 to 2000 the constituency still included the communities Hamminkeln , Schermbeck , Wesel and Xanten.
