Marie-Luise Fasse (born March 30, 1948 in Dülmen ) is a German politician ( CDU ). She was a member of the state parliament of North Rhine-Westphalia from 1995 to 2010 and from 2012 to 2017 .

Fasse became a member of the CDU in 1982. Since 1989 she has been chairwoman of the CDU local branch in Budberg . She has held the chairmanship of the CDU district association in Wesel since 1997. Fasse has been a member of the Lower Rhine CDU district executive since 1989, and the CDU state executive since 1999. She has been a member of the Rheinberg City Council since 1994 and a member of the North Rhine-Westphalia state parliament since June 1, 1995. In the 1995 and 2000 elections , she made it into parliament via the CDU state list, and in 2005 she won the direct mandate in the Wesel constituency II . In the state elections in 2010 , she initially failed to move back into the state parliament, but moved to the state parliament during the current legislative period on February 14, 2012 for the recently deceased Maria Westerhorstmann , to which she was a member until the end of the legislative period.

Other offices

Ms. Fasse is deputy chairwoman of the German Forest Protection Association and state chairwoman of the North Rhine-Westphalia regional association.
