The state electoral district of Dortmund II is a state electoral district in Dortmund in North Rhine-Westphalia . Since the state election in North Rhine-Westphalia in 2005 , it has included the city districts of Innenstadt-Nord , Innenstadt-Ost , and Eving .
From 1980 to 1995 only inner-city north and east belonged to the constituency. Eving and Mengede formed the regional electoral district of Dortmund III . In 2000 a part came from Hörde to Dortmund II .
