The state constituency of Bielefeld II (constituency 93) is a constituency for the state elections in North Rhine-Westphalia . It includes the south and east of the independent city of Bielefeld with the districts of Brackwede , Senne , Sennestadt , Stieghorst and Heepen . The constituency was newly established in this form for the 2005 state elections . From 1980 to 2005 there was a constituency 106 Bielefeld II , which included the Bielefeld districts of Mitte and Stieghorst. Before 1980 there was a Bielefeld-Stadt II state electoral district with different delimitations.

The constituency is represented in the state parliament by Regina Kopp-Herr (SPD), who has been in office since 2010. The previous CDU member Ralf Nettelstroth missed the re-entry into the state parliament because the CDU state list did not move due to the high number of direct mandates.
