Manfred Luckey

Manfred Luckey (born February 11, 1949 in Meschede ) is a German politician ( CDU ). From June 2, 2000 to 2010, he was a member of the North Rhine-Westphalia state parliament .

Life

Luckey trained as a banker and then went to the armed forces and is now a colonel in the reserve. For a time he was the constituency officer of the former Federal Finance Minister Gerhard Stoltenberg . From 1990 to 2000 he was managing director of the CDU district association Lippe and from 1994 managing director of the district association Ostwestfalen-Lippe. Since leaving the state parliament, he has been a project coordinator in the state office of the CDU North Rhine-Westphalia.

Luckey has been a member of the CDU since 1970. Since 2000 he has been the deputy chairman of the district association and a member of the district committee of the CDU-Ostwestfalen-Lippe. In addition, since May 2007 he has been a member of the state executive committee of the CDU North Rhine-Westphalia. From 1990 to 2004 he was a competent citizen of the CDU parliamentary group in the Lippe district council. From 1999 to 2004 he was a member of the supervisory board of the Paderborn airline company. In the state elections in 2005 , Luckey won a direct mandate in the Lippe III state electoral district and thus moved into the state parliament of North Rhine-Westphalia , where he is represented as a full member of the budget and finance committee, the budget control committee and the personnel committee. He was also chairman of the sub-committee for state companies and special funds in the state parliament of North Rhine-Westphalia. In the state elections in 2010 Luckey was unable to defend his direct mandate in the Lippe III state electoral district and thus left the state parliament of North Rhine-Westphalia. His successor as constituency representative is Dennis Maelzer (SPD).
