Friedrich Heinen

Friedrich Heinen (born December 8, 1920 in Duisburg ; † September 10, 1982 ) was a German politician and member of the CDU state parliament .

Life and work

After attending school, he completed a commercial apprenticeship and ecclesiastical administration courses I and II. He was employed by the Evangelical Church and the Diakonisches Werk.

In 1949 he became a member of the CDU. He was active in numerous party committees, such as B. as chairman of the local political association of the CDU of North Rhine-Westphalia. Heinen had been a member of the German Employees' Union since 1970 .

From April 20, 1947 to June 17, 1950, Heinen was a member of the state parliament of North Rhine-Westphalia . He was directly elected in the fourth electoral term in constituency 070 Duisburg II, otherwise he entered the state parliament via the state list of his party. Since 1952 he was a member of the city ​​council of the city of Duisburg, from 1956 to 1964 he was also a member of the landscape assembly of the Rhineland Regional Council .
