Uwe Kollmannsperger (born July 19, 1964 in Berlin ) is a former German soccer player .

Player career

Uwe Kollmannsperger first played in the youth of SFC Stern 1900 before he switched to the youth of Hertha BSC .

There he was appointed to the Bundesliga squad by Georg Gawliczek in 1982 , but initially did not get beyond the role of a reservist. Only after relegation a year later could he celebrate his professional debut. In 1986 he ended his career at Hertha BSC after relegation to the top league due to knee problems, whereupon he worked in the real estate industry and later went into business for himself.
