Víctor González (cyclist, 1957)

Víctor Hugo González (born January 29, 1957 ) is a former Uruguayan cyclist .

Life

Víctor González was part of the Uruguayan squad at the 1975 Pan American Games . The following year he took part in the 1976 Summer Olympics in Montreal . While he did not finish in the local road race, he finished 16th in the 4,000-meter team pursuit with the team from Uruguay in qualifying. In 1979 he was again part of the Uruguayan team at the Pan American Games in Puerto Rico . In the same year González , who started for the Club Ciclista América , decided the stage race Rutas de América in his favor.
