Victor Moreno
Víctor Cecilio Moreno Sevilla (born July 15, 1985 in Cojedes ) is a Venezuelan track and road cyclist .
Victor Moreno was Venezuelan champion in the individual time trial of the U23 class in San Carlos in 2006 . In 2007 he won the mountain classification of the Volta de Ciclismo Internacional do Estado de São Paulo and with a stage of the Vuelta a Venezuela his first race on the international calendar. At the Vuelta al Táchira , he won the sprint classification in 2008 and 2009 . Moreno achieved another stage victory at the Vuelta a Venezuela in 2013 and was also able to win the mountain classification this year. Later that year he became the Venezuelan champions in the singles pursuit on the track .
