Vítor Hugo Gomes da Silva , short Vítor Gomes (born December 25, 1987 in Vila do Conde ) is a Portuguese football player who plays for Moreirense FC .

Career

Vítor Gomes began his professional football career at Rio Ave FC and played here until the summer of 2013. In 2008 he was loaned to the Italian club Cagliari Calcio for half a season , but returned to his previous club without a competitive game. In 2013 he played on loan at the Hungarian club Videoton FC and was signed by this club in the summer of 2013. For the 2014/15 season he moved to the Segunda Liga for Moreirense FC .

For the second half of the 2014/15 season, the Turkish first division club Balıkesirspor loaned him , at the end of the season he returned to Moreirense FC.

National team

Vítor Gomes played eight times for the Portuguese U-20 national team in 2006 and 2007 and once for the Portuguese U-21 national team in 2007 .
