The VDR Contributions to the Preservation of Art and Cultural Property (also VDR Contributions or Contributions to the Conservation of Art and Cultural Property ) are a German-language specialist magazine that has been published twice a year by the Association of Restorers since 2003 .

The magazine covers all areas of restoration and also takes into account restoration and art historical issues. It is aimed at specialists from restoration, the neighboring disciplines and interested experts.

The aim of the trade journal is to offer a platform covering all areas of restoration for a professional exchange of ideas in Germany and the rest of Europe on around 120 pages per issue. The focus of the individual issues is on reports on current topics, lectures from specialist conferences and new developments and restoration techniques. The individual issues are rounded off by reviews of relevant specialist publications . The magazine is illustrated in color.

The articles come from experts in restoration practice and from neighboring scientific disciplines in Germany and abroad. The voluntary specialist editorial team with different specializations is supported by the publication officers of the VDR specialist groups.
