The VSE Aktiengesellschaft (formerly United Saarland Electricity ) is a 1912 in Saarbrucken based power company , which is majority-owned by E.ON owned subsidiary Innogy is. Together with its holdings and partner companies , it operates in the fields of energy , telecommunications , property management , commercial services as well as energy data and metering services, mainly in southwest Germany and Luxembourg .
