The VSRW-Verlag (publisher of tax, legal and economic) is a specialist publisher of taxation and law, based in Bonn . The publishing house was founded in 1977 by Hagen Prühs as a sole proprietorship. In 1988 the publishing house was converted into a GmbH, the managing director of which was the company's founder, Hagen Prühs, and still is today.
The publishing program includes magazines, specialist books, information services and software on the subjects of GmbH management, taxation, and labor and inheritance law. In 2003 the publishing house moved to the former office building of the Madagascar embassy in the Rüngsdorf district . Since 2006, the publisher has been organizing the "GmbH CEO Days" congress for medium-sized companies.

- GmbH tax practice : The journal contains an overview of case law with practical tips and important judgments for a GmbH (& Co. KG). It appears once a month.
- gmbhchef : The business magazine for GmbH managing directors reports in popular scientific form on topics from the areas of taxes, remuneration, financing, retirement provision and marketing. It appears every two months as a regional edition in Bonn and since 2010 nationwide.

GmbH managing director days
Since 2006, the magazine gmbhchef has organized the SME conference "GmbH CEO Days" once a year in the regions of Bonn and Cologne . The lectures around the management of a GmbH are accompanied by a trade fair.
