The organization brings together over 30 research institutes, scientifically active clinics, universities and other institutions in Graubünden and neighboring regions.
History and goals
The Academia Raetica unites over twenty member institutions: research institutes, universities and hospital clinics. It represents the concerns of the association of scientific research and university teaching in Graubünden. It also informs politics and the general public about scientific topics in which the Graubünden research institutions have been conducting nationally and internationally recognized research for over 100 years. The sciences are developing step by step into a supporting pillar of the national economy by increasingly strengthening the innovative strength and social development of the mountain canton.
The Graduate School Graubünden is an institution of Academia Raetica that provides various services for young scientists in Graubünden.
