Vaclovas Žilinskas is a Lithuanian former politician , vice minister .

Life

His father was Vaclovas Žilinskas.

On September 25, 1981, Žilinskas received his doctorate on the subject of forming problems of consumable resources of the people as a candidate in economics at the Russian Plekhanov National Economic Institute in Moscow . From July 9, 1990, Vaclovas Žilinskas was Deputy Minister of Commerce of the Republic of Lithuania , appointed by Prime Minister Kazimira Prunskienė . On July 15, 1991 Prime Minister Gediminas Vagnorius exonerated him because the post of Vice Minister was abolished.
