The Vakop Cove is a bay on the north coast of South Georgia in the South Atlantic . It is located on the south bank of Hound Bay and immediately southwest of Cape Vakop .
The UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee named it in 2009 based on the naming of the cape of the same name. Its naming background has not been passed down.
